For all you Karen’s and Kevin’s a research found that people who SWEAT at least four times a week are happier and more successful than people who don’t. According to the survey, Sweating is key to happiness and here’s how to do it! Working out is a major way to sweat and if you do it four to seven times a week it’s reported you have much higher levels of happiness (75% vs. 25%) and success (74% vs. 26%) when compared to those who only sweat one to three times a week. #whyyoumad #sweatandsmile
