Mayweather is lookin’ scared – Floyd Mayweather has let the July 16^th  deadline pass in his decision to fight Manny Pacqiuaio after Pacqiuaio agreed to take the specific steroid test Floyd so insistently taunted him about.  Floyd’s camp say the lack of decision is not due to fear but in waiting for the right time.
